Smoking may be a slower method of cooking but the depth of flavour this gentle cook provides is second to none. Introducing our Hot Smoker Cabinet, the big brother to our smaller Roasting/Smoker Oven. The Smoker stands at 1.2 metres and has five internal smoking shelves at different heights allowing for control over the depth of your smoking flavours. At the top of the cabinet are two steel bars for hanging whatever meat or fish takes your fancy.
There’s no smoke without fire so fill the fire box at the base of the cabinet with seasoned or kiln dried wood to create the heat for your hot smoke. The baffle tray sits above the fire and holds your chosen smoking chips. Choose from Apple, Olive or Oak Whiskey Barrel from our accessories section.
The air vents placed at the front and rear of the smoker will allow you to increase and reduce the air flow as required, giving the flexibility needed for smoking. The thermostat on the front will allow you to keep an eye on the temperature. Take the control to the next level by using the MEATER Plus thermometer. Available from our accessories section, the thermometer can be placed in a joint of meat and monitored using the app. You will be sure never to over or undercook!

Maintaining your fire pit
NB: All our fire pits, lids and accessories will begin to rust immediately and will not maintain their black finish. However, this will not affect their long term durability. As all our fire pits are handmade from sheet steel which has naturally occurring blemishes, there may be very slight variations in the forging and finish.
