South American fire tables are all about a la parrilla grilling – using the embers from your fire to grill and infuse your food with smoky flavour. Load up the fire basket with logs, wait for the embers to drop onto the fire bricks below then draw them across to the grill for cooking. You can also set small fires on the bed of your asado to create hotspots or a temperature gradient for further control when cooking.
The Asado Maximo BBQ is big brother to our Asado Primera, offering a larger wheeled grill, longer rotisserie spit and extra warming rack this grill offers maximum cooking potential. The wheeled barbecuing grill allows ultimate temperature control so that you can lower your searing steaks or raise your slow cooking brisket with the turn of a handle. It is live fire cooking with heat control. The rotisserie can be used above the large wheeled grill in conjunction or you can use either the grill or rotisserie individually as both elements are removable.
The overhead smoking cage not only looks impressive, but provides more cooking space, you are able to hang food directly from the cage to slow cook for hours or keep warm until your feast is finished. The two hanging grills are ideal to keep food warm or to add smoky flavour to your meat/cheese. The smaller hanging grill can be used above a roaring fire basket for extra cooking space or above embers as a warming rack.
Included with the Asado Maximo is:
- Height adjustable wheeled grill (73cm x 48cm)
- Large hanging warming rack
- Fire basket
- Small hanging warming rack
- Rotisserie
- Log Store
- 2 Castors
