He is passionate about cooking seasonally with local produce. James is co-author of DK’s Practical Self-Sufficiency which since 2010 has sold more than 100,000 copies worldwide. James’s media profile received a boost when he made a guest appearance on his father’s hit TV show Escape to the Chateau, which had viewers “swooning” over “hunky tattooed” James.
