More Information Our hand-forged Asado Cooking Rack is a spectacular way to cook outside for large numbers. With the cross-frame and ‘C’ shaped metal pit, you can slowly roast a whole carcass with ease.
Our Asado Cooking Rack might look like it’s been made for professionals; but in fact it’s an easy way to cook delicious meat for parties or outdoor events. The rack sits in front of the fire which is set in the ‘C’ shaped pit made from 3mm mild steel. With heat-proof gloves, you rotate the frame to cook the both sides of the carcass. A great visual piece for mouth-watering results. For larger numbers, set two or more Asados next to each other as shown in the photo.

Maintaining your fire pit
NB: All our fire pits, lids and accessories will begin to rust immediately and will not maintain their black finish. However, this will not affect their long term durability. As all our fire pits are handmade from sheet steel which has naturally occurring blemishes, there may be very slight variations in the forging and finish.
