Plus as a photographer James shoots and styles the recipes he’s developed for social media, websites and his books. James works with a range of food clients across the southwest delivering innovative content from his home studio. He is passionate about cooking seasonally with local produce.
James is co-author of DK’s Practical Self-Sufficiency which since 2010 has sold more than 100,000 copies worldwide. James’s media profile received a boost when he made a guest appearance on his father’s hit TV show Escape to the Chateau, which had viewers “swooning” over “hunky tattooed” James.
